the staff was helpful and tried their best to assist.
there were some maintenance issues, the bathroom door didn't close properly, and one of the lights flickered constantly. also, getting a taxi from the hotel proved difficult sometimes, with long waits.

i found the room spacious. the housekeeping staff kept it very clean. i especially appreciated the complimentary water bottles (very useful during hot days).
i noticed the gym equipment was a bit outdated. there were only two treadmills available. the pool area was crowded during peak hours, so finding a lounger was difficult.

The hotel provided children's toiletries like toothbrushes and slippers. my kids were delighted with treats such as ice cream, popcorn, and s'mores. the air conditioning kept the room cool even at 28°c. the staff followed up on my injury to ensure my comfort. I appreciated this.
i noticed the absence of an ashtray in the designated smoking zone, instead, bowls with succulent plants filled with cigarette ends were there.
